Yesterday was pretty cool in many respects.

I...went down to school and tried to work out. Bleeeh. (See explanation in Wannabe). But that wasn't the cool thing.

The niceness is when I met up with B later on. We went grocery shopping, then came back to my place and got some bird feeders set up. I hadn't been filling them since I didn't want to carry a 10lb bag of bird seed home. Since B has a car and is happy to help, this makes birdenticing much more reasonable and possible. It was really nice to just hang out with him for a while!

When we got home, I learned that my bike stuff has come!! I will now work on tricking out my bike with a Toto!basket, computer (how fast, how far!?!), and lights! I'm stolked. I just need to get the proper tool to get the basket on, and I can start the installation process.

La EBK came home, and I ordered us pizza in honor of Bonesday. The season premiere was pretty cool, and it seems like they may actually be DOING something with Booth and Brennan, which is nice to see. Afterwards, I brought chocolate over to Super Cool Neighbors (henceforth to be known as SCN), and we chatted for a bit. Eeeeennnteresting.....

Today, I have a physical therapy appointment for my wrist (argh! Bad me, no biscuit! I haven't been doing my exercises like I'm supposed to be. But, um, isn't all the training and moving working, um, some sort of magic?), swimming and date night with B.

The sky is really blue out my window right now!

Day in the Life...

I spent most of the day moving heavy stuff around at school, and therefore am extremely tired.

The office looks *awesome*, and office!naps are of a special and very nice breed.

I went to meeting at church today and saw E, whose mom died a bit over a week ago. She seemed to be doing okay, which is good. Deacon's teenage daughter is in the hospital, so I will pray for her.

On my way home, I had to wait *forever* for the bus. I probably just missed one going by. Then, we got stuck behind an accident, and had to change busses so we could detour around it. All in all it took a really long time to get home tonight. Bleh.

My roomie, la EBK, is awesome and brought me home an LOLCATZ book.
Hai!

Yep....

I am very much Team Taylor. Rude Kanye, no biscuit. Pink played Seattle tonight - what I would have done to be there if I had known in time!!!!

B and I were Remodeling Awesomeness in the Office today. On a related note, I'm not sure why on EARTH I have turned into someone who can't sleep when she's stupid tired.

Reading a book by Ed Moloney right now called A Secret History of the IRA. It's amazingly detailed, amazingly complicated, horribly sad and terrifying history. I wish it was as easy as "neither of you guys are going anywhere, just get along and stop beating each other to shit". Obviously, it wasn't and isn't. I am thankful things in Ireland are, for the most part, peaceful right now, and I pray they remain so.

And my kitten is being really, really cute.

That's all, early rise.
