Yesterday was pretty cool in many respects.
I...went down to school and tried to work out. Bleeeh. (See explanation in Wannabe). But that wasn't the cool thing.
The niceness is when I met up with B later on. We went grocery shopping, then came back to my place and got some bird feeders set up. I hadn't been filling them since I didn't want to carry a 10lb bag of bird seed home. Since B has a car and is happy to help, this makes birdenticing much more reasonable and possible. It was really nice to just hang out with him for a while!
When we got home, I learned that my bike stuff has come!! I will now work on tricking out my bike with a Toto!basket, computer (how fast, how far!?!), and lights! I'm stolked. I just need to get the proper tool to get the basket on, and I can start the installation process.
La EBK came home, and I ordered us pizza in honor of Bonesday. The season premiere was pretty cool, and it seems like they may actually be DOING something with Booth and Brennan, which is nice to see. Afterwards, I brought chocolate over to Super Cool Neighbors (henceforth to be known as SCN), and we chatted for a bit. Eeeeennnteresting.....
Today, I have a physical therapy appointment for my wrist (argh! Bad me, no biscuit! I haven't been doing my exercises like I'm supposed to be. But, um, isn't all the training and moving working, um, some sort of magic?), swimming and date night with B.
The sky is really blue out my window right now!

First Post
I have this horrible thought that, years down the line, the Lord of the Rings will loose some of its power.
You know how sometimes you watch those shows or movies from your past, or even listen to an album of music, and it's lost some of its potency over time? LotR meant so much to me throughout college that the thought of this happening to my favorite movies is really sad.
Fellowship came out in 2000. Today, on the brink of 2009, it's still holding strong.
So far, so good.
"One ring to rule them all..."
